Ethics and Logic in Socionics

Logic and Ethics
What guides people in making decisions? There are two types of people, ethics and logicians, who do this in different ways.  Logics are based on objective data and facts. Based on them, a decision is made about the expediency of the action and its correctness.  Ethics are guided mainly by accepted moral norms and values, for them the main thing as an act will be appreciated by others. From their point of view, the correct decision will be the one that society will approve.
This is because the logician seeks to systematize the received information and clearing it of emotions to leave only the essence itself, and the ethicist perceives the information as a whole, without filtering out ethical nuances, for him this is also important.
If a person is a logician, this does not mean that he is "unethical", he may well be a well-mannered person, but when making a decision, he will be guided primarily by logic and only then will he be interested in the opinion of others.
Due to the incontinent (and unwillingness) to evaluate feelings and  relationships,  logic is difficult to communicate in an informal circle of strangers. He does not understand with whom what distance in communication should be established. Therefore,  when there are no common affairs in such a circle, the logician is unsociable.

In socionics, logicians include the following personality types:

Ethicists, unlike logicians, perfectly feel with whom and at what distance it is possible to get closer. Therefore, they are very sociable, especially if there are people who are cute. Ethicists always know with whom they are in what relationship. The inner world of another person is interesting and understandable to them. Their main advisor is the heart, not the mind.

Ethases are of the following personality types:
Enthusiast Mediator Actor Lyric Policy Watchman Humanist Advisor

Based on the facts, it is easier for logicians to prove their innocence, but often it sounds too straightforward and can hurt the interlocutor about what the logician does not even suspect. The ethics in disputes do not know how to convince with facts, he "persuades". It is not difficult for him to ask and promise superfluous, the main thing is not to spoil the relationship. The promises of logicians can be trusted more, they try to keep their word.

Of course, the level of intelligence has a great influence on human behavior. With a lack of knowledge, the logician will not be able to use the computer, but he will come up with another use for it. And although an educated ethician may work as an accountant or programmer, he will pay more attention to building relationships in the team.
A striking example of ethics is Carlson: he is emotional, knows which points to put pressure on and easily manipulates others to achieve his goals
.

As a typical logic, we can cite the postman Pechkin from "Prostokvashino". He has everything according to the rules:  "It does not happen that children themselves were...", he says about Uncle Fedor. In the motives of the actions of the surrounding logician does not understand, and what others will think about him is also not interested in him.

Signs of ethics and logic are attributed to the main dichotomies of socionics (Dichotomy is a way of logical division, when the concept is completely divided into two mutually exclusive concepts) .
