Emotive ethics (or Black Ethics) in socionics

Emotive Black Ethics

Black Ethics in socionics is a property of the human psyche, which serves primarily to influence other people by manifesting emotions, as well as to show others how a person relates to something. Therefore, its second name is the Emotive Ethics. Although it is not at all emotions in the literal sense, because emotions are also inherent in the manifestation of feelings in white ethics. The difference is that Black Ethics is always a job for the public.

Ethics in model A is indicated by a truncated square icon (if we cut off the boring logical part from the symbol of logic in the form of a square, then we get such an opposite of logic).

The Emotive Ethics is extraverted, and since the criterion of extroversion in this model is usually denoted by black, such ethics is called black and is indicated by an Черная этика icon. In the MBTI typology it is called "extraverted Feeling " (Fe)

Ethics, as opposed to logic, is closer to instincts than to reason.  Emotions are understood better and faster than lengthy explanations. Any emotional speech is a hundred times more powerful than a boring recitation of facts, worth the speeches of a famous ethical manipulator like Hitler alone.

People with a developed black ethic feel the emotional state of other people well and are able to influence it, cause the necessary response. Conversely, with a weak black ethic, a person is embarrassed to show his emotions in public and does not know how to influence other people's emotions.

The Emotive ethics helps to masterfully attract the attention of others to your person. And not only to attract, but also to retain this attention. Strong Black Ethics have the most fluid living mimicry of all people. They grimace well, and they do it very sincerely.

Let's consider how Black Ethics manifest itself in different personality types corresponding to different functions of model A:

Base function

Base Black Ethics

The Base function is the basis of the personality and intellect of a person, his view of life.

Hamlet

Hugo

The Emotive ethics is Base in Hamlet and Gugo.

Since the function is extraverted, these are emotions for show: hypocrisy, work for the public, the ability to attract and keep the attention of the audience, infect others with emotions.

Hamlet and Gugo master all this masterfully, but due to the inflexiviability of the Base function, they try to solve all the problems with emotional impact, and this is difficult to endure in large quantities to others. They are especially unbearable in a bad mood. In addition, both can fall into a stupor if their emotional influences cause not the result they expect.

black ethicists are the most mobile and active representatives of humanity, among them the largest number of artists and showmen.

Creative function

Creative Black Ethics

The creative function is a way of communicating with the outside world and solving problems at any given moment.

Dumas

Yesenin

The Emotive Ethics are creative in Dumas and Yesenin.

Creative Black Ethics are usually the soul of society, they love cheerful companies and various everyday joys. Peaceful and friendly. Dumas usually tries to extinguish the brewing conflict and return to a comfortable state, and Yesenin himself can make a scandal in order to be able to manipulate the reaction of people.

Both are able to genuinely sympathize with people who need it. Both love the expression of emotions in life and are able to manifest them in poetry, painting, music.

They are not as emotionally strong as the Base black ethicists, but they are distinguished by a wide variety of emotional techniques and do not try to solve everything in a row with the help of emotions. They can retreat if their emotional impact is not successful. The main goal of Dumas's creative Black Ethics is to bring its owner into a comfortable mood, and Yesenin to achieve some long-term goals. And if there is no motivation, then they do not show emotions.

Role function

Role Black Ethics

Jack London

Stirlitz

The Emotive ethics is a role-playing in Jack London and Stirlitz.

Role-playing Black Ethics try to seem cheerful in an unfamiliar company, but their emotions are too played, straightforward and often out of place, although they attract initial attention in the team.

However, seeing these same people among loved ones or at work, you will notice how focused and quiet they are compared to the behavior at parties.

Vulnerable function

Balzac

Gabin

The ethics of emotion are Vulnerable in Balzac and Gabin.

Vulnerable Black Ethics react very painfully to emotional impact. It is difficult for them to be in the same room with a person who screams, cries or laughs loudly, because they do not know how to influence other people's emotions. They do not like noise, prefer to communicate with balanced people.

It is very difficult for such people to show their emotions in public, because of the fear that it looks clumsy. They believe that words cannot express the feelings they are experiencing and therefore sound false. Adequately they understand only simple natural emotions without playfulness, which are able to give out their duals of Demonstrative Black Ethics napoleon and Huxley.

With emotional pressure, Balzac withdraws into himself, hiding emotions, and Gabin defiantly inflates, exposing his condition to be left behind.

Suggestive function

Robespierre

Maxim

Both are not critical of other people's emotions. Both are quite sentimental and sensitive, so someone else's laughter, tears or fear is always taken at face value. This is a good way to get the usually judicious and unemotional Max and Rob to comply with the request without delving deeply into its background.

They especially appreciate people who give them positive emotions and may not notice gross flattery.

Mobilizing function

Mobilizing Black Ethics

The Mobilizing function regulates a person's actions for compliance with the norms accepted in society through self-assessment of actions.

Don Quixote

Zhukov

The Emotive Ethics are Mobilizing in Don and Zhukov.

Such people are grateful to others for emotional support, as this directly affects their mood. But both believe that emotions should correspond to the situation. Therefore, they perceive negative emotions as a negative assessment of their activities and encourage them to change the situation, even if it does not really concern them.

Don's self-esteem rises if he managed to achieve comfort by emotional influences on others, and Zhukov's if as a result his supremacy and right to give instructions were recognized. Otherwise, the mood of both deteriorates until the appearance of aggression.

Limiting function

Limiting Black Ethics

Dreiser

Dostoevsky

Not very emotional in normal situations, these people defend themselves by emotional pressure on others.

If they are taken to the extreme, Dreiser may respond with a violent tantrum, and Dostoevsky will fall into tears.

Demonstrative function

Demonstrative Black Ethics

The Demonstrative function is responsible for the correct instantaneous unconscious reactions in everyday life.

Napoleon

Hexley

The ethics of emotion is the Demonstrative of Napoleon and Huxley.

Born manipulators, they are able to determine the state of a person by voice and the smallest emotional manifestations.

Moreover, they naturally, without applying any effort, can control and manage other people's emotions, ignite a person for a certain act or vice versa, cool his ardor.

Their emotions are simple and natural, so they are well understood by others.
