Static and dynamic personality types
According to the way of perception of space and time and selection of the information received, socionics divides people into statics and dinamics. For the first time this feature was identified by A. Augustinavičiūtė in 1983 in the work "The Dual Nature of Man".
Statics perceive what is happening around "stopping", "freezing" the subject of study (it does not matter whether it is an object or relationship). They are directly interested in the properties of objects or relationships.

Dynamics perceive what is happening in development, they are interested in the processes occurring with this object. Therefore, the dinamics are worse tolerate a long stay in the same state, when nothing changes.

The easiest way to determine a static person or a dinamic from his speech. In statics, it is fragmentary, describing separately each moment of time, in the dynamics of events smoothly flow one into another. For example, how statics and dynamics describe the seasons.
Statics: "In summer the trees are green, warm. Autumn is cool, it often rains, the leaves are yellow. Winter-snow, cold, new year"
Dinamics:"In summer it is warm and the trees are green, by autumn it gets cold, rains begin, the leaves turn yellow, which falls in late autumn, and then instead of rain it begins to snow."
Retelling the same thing, static people are often fixed at a point in time, losing sight of its development. They are able to briefly express the essence of a certain moment, but their story is more like a series of frames that are layered on top of each other. In this, they resemble a person who considers a photo album retelling what he sees in each photo.
Dynamics are able to track changes, they see how the situation develops, where it leads and at what pace. In contrast to the statics with their photo album of speakers can be compared to a person who retells the development of the plot in the film.
