Process and result in socionics

Процесс и результат в соционике
Differences in the degree of immersion in the activity divide people into those for whom the process itself is important, and those for whom the final result of this process is important. The trait itself is formed by multiplying the features of rationality-irrationality and aristocracy-democracy.

Processors are irrational democrats and rational aristocrats. Processors concentrate on doing things and don't like to switch to other things, they can get so carried away by the process that they stop striving to complete it.
Processors include:

Inventor Mediator Enthusiast Inspector Politician Critic Director Humanist

Result-oriented people are rational Democrats and irrational aristocrats.  Routers can perform several tasks at the same time, without delving into any of them, so the result can be superficial.

But they are more able to dose their efforts and switch to other more relevant tasks in time.  The complex process of results tends to be broken down into several stages in order to quickly obtain intermediate results.
Results include:

Analyst Actor Conqueror Romantic Enterpriser Guardian Inspirer Craftsman

Some schools of socionics believe that the division of people into processors and results does not depend on their personality type and does not have any socionic prerequisites. In their opinion, this feature is a false Reinin traits and should not be used in typing.
