Personality types of 'Pirates of the Caribbean' characters

The Pirates of the Caribbean film franchise is a series of fantasy adventure films produced by Walt Disney Pictures since 2003. The plot is set during the Golden Age of Piracy and centers on the adventures of the eccentric Captain Jack Sparrow, as well as his allies and enemies. The characters encounter mystical curses, sea monsters, ghosts, and legendary artifacts within the atmosphere of a classic maritime adventure.

Currently, the main series includes five feature films:
