Personality types of 'All for the game' characters

All for the game is a series of contemporary sports fiction novels for young people, written by Nora Sakavich. In total, it has three books: The Foxhole Court, The Raven King and The King's Men.
The trilogy tells the story of the son of a brutal crime leader, Neil Josten, who was forced into hiding. With his last fake identity, he signs a contract with the college team for the ex-"Foxes of Palmetto State". Exi is a fictional sport, a mixture of lacrosse and hockey, which is played on a court the size of a football field, surrounded by plexiglass.
Neil not only loves this sport, which he was fond of as a child, he is also a very talented player. Despite the fact that he intends to stay with the Foxes as long as his true identity is a secret, he has new reasons to stay. One of them is the story by which he is associated with Kevin Day, the second is the mysterious goalkeeper of the team Andrew Minyard.
